Counting down to Farm Science Review
Lorain-Medina Rural Electric, and all of the other Ohio electric co-ops, are excitedly counting down to next week's Farm Science Review. Taking place from Sept. 22 to 24, this is the 64th year of Ohio State University's Farm Science Review. While the event hosts a multitude of events and opportunities, including demonstration plots, millions of dollars of new farming equipment, and new tools and technology, it also provides many learning opportunities for those visiting.
Lorain-Medina Rural Electric and Ohio's Electric Cooperatives are proud to play a role each year at Farm Science Review. The electric co-op building showcases energy efficiency, cooperative information, youth programs, and more! If you're visiting Farm Science Review, stop by the Ohio's Electric Cooperatives building and say hello!

Lorain County Fair- Family, Community, and Fun!
LMRE had a great week at the Lorain County Fair last month! Members that stopped by got to meet LMRE staff, ask questions, and even got to test their linemen skills! For LMRE, the Lorain County Fair goes beyond the time spent at the fairgrounds. It is the opportunity to connect with our community, grow your member experience, and celebrate the hard work that so many put into their fair programs.
If you visited us at the fair, you may have noticed our linemen table! Visitors had the opportunity to try on the gloves our linemen wear and put their linemen skills to the test! Click the link below to watch the highlight reel of our mini lineworkers!
