Co-op leaders attend Legislative Conference
|
Recently, LMRE President/CEO Ed VanHoose, District 2 Director Brady McCann, and Key Accounts & Economic Development Specialist Reese Dunton traveled to Washington, D.C. to attend the annual National Rural Electric Cooperatives Association Legislative Conference.
Not only does this conference allow the co-ops to act as a voice for rural America and advocate for it in our nation's capitol, it provides the perfect opportunity for the co-ops to further develop their relationships with the congressional leaders that represent them. Thank you to Senators Bernie Moreno and Jon Husted, and Congressmen Bob Latta, Jim Jordan, and Max Miller for meeting with us as we amplify the voice of our cooperative members.
